Two Lenoir Women Face Felony Drug Charges 7/12/2013 3:08:18 PM
27-year-old Thea Michel Foster of Powell Brickyard Road and 41-year-old Crystal Parsons Phillips of Allendale Circle, both from Lenoir, were arrested yesterday (July 11) by Caldwell Co. Sheriff’s Officers on felony drug charges. Foster was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance. Phillips faces charges for possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear. Both women were charged with maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance.
Both were taken to the Caldwell Co. Detention Center with Foster’s bond set at $200,000, secured, while Phillips was given a $50,000 secured bond. They are scheduled to make first appearances in District Court Monday (July 15) in Lenoir.
