Teen Held without Bond for Protection Order Violation

19-year-old Dalton Nicholas Hendrix of Greenway Street was arrested by Caldwell Co. Sheriff’s Officer yesterday (March 21) on charges of first-degree burglary, larceny after breaking & entering and a domestic violence protection order violation.

Hendrix was placed in the Caldwell Co. Detention Center under a $75,000 secured bond; however, he is being held without bond for the protection order violation.  A first appearance in District Court was set for Monday (March 25) in Lenoir.
