Granite Falls Woman Charged with Arson; Damage to Property; More

49-year-old Elizabeth Ann Hurley of Brookview Place in Granite Falls was arrested by Caldwell Co. Sheriff’s Officers Saturday (March 16) on charges of arson, communicating threats, injury to personal property, second-degree trespass and willful & wanton injury to real property.

She has been confined in the Caldwell Co. Detention Center with bond set at $52,000, secured.  A first appearance in District Court on the arson charges was scheduled for today, with another court date coming up on April 23, all in Lenoir.
