41-year-old Pamela Alice Moses of 2nd Street in Valdese was arrested yesterday (February 14) by Caldwell Co. Sheriff’s Officers on charges of forgery of an instrument (two counts), uttering a forged instrument, receiving stolen goods or property, forgery of endorsement and shoplifting with concealment of goods.
Moses has been incarcerated in the Caldwell Co. Detention Center under a total bond of $11,500, secured. She was scheduled to make a District Court appearance in Lenoir today with another coming up on March 12 for shoplifting. A February 18 District Court date was scheduled in Lincoln County on two of the forgery charges.
