Lenoir Man Faces Felony Marijuana Charges

26-year-old Scott Lindsay Barlow of Hibriten Drive in Lenoir was arrested by Lenoir Police yesterday for the sale & delivery of marijuana, possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana up to half an ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as both felony and misdemeanor counts of maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance.

He was placed in the Caldwell Co. Detention Center with bond set at $20,000, secured.  A first appearance in District Court was set for today (February 5) in Lenoir.
