Hickory Man Faces Charges for B&E; Attempted Larceny; More 1/21/2013 4:12:07 PM
33-year-old Brian Duane Martz of Summers Street in Hickory was arrested by Hickory Police Saturday (January 19) on charges of possession of a firearm by a felon, breaking & entering a motor vehicle, attempted larceny and possession of a stolen motor vehicle. He was also served warrants dating back to last year for driving while license permanently revoked and unsafe movement.
Martz has been confined in the Catawba Co. Detention Facility with bond set at $26,000, secured. He will appear in District Court on Wednesday (January 23).
