Lenoir Woman Indicted on Robbery Charge

25-year-old Megan Leigh Nichols of McCrary Place in Lenoir was served a felony indictment yesterday (January 8) by Caldwell Co. Sheriff’s Officers on a charge of common law robbery.  The case dates back to November of last year when Nichols was arrested and charged, along with 22-year-old Matthew Paeton Nichols, also of Lenoir.

Megan Nichols has been confined in the Caldwell Co. Detention Center where she is being held without bond.  An appearance in Superior Court was set for January 28 in Lenoir.
