Lenoir Man Charged with Probation Violation; More 12/7/2012 2:50:03 PM
25-year-old Tayler Paul Whisnant of Hibriten Drive in Lenoir was arrested by Lenoir Police yesterday (December 6) on charges of obtaining property by false pretense and possession of stolen goods or property. He was also charged with a probation violation. Whisnant is on probation for a September 2012 conviction in Caldwell County on charges of forgery and uttering.
Whisnant has been jailed in the Caldwell Co. Detention Center with bond set at $16,000, secured. He will appear in District Court on December 10 & 20 and in Superior Court on January 7, all in Lenoir.
