Lenoir Man Held on $395,000 Bond on Long List of Charges 11/30/2012 1:55:14 PM
22-year-old Justin Drew Coffey of Prospect Street in Lenoir was arrested yesterday by Caldwell Co. Sheriff’s Officers on a long list of charges including five counts of breaking & entering, two counts of breaking & entering a motor vehicle and six counts of larceny of a motor vehicle and one count each of larceny of a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, failure to appear, driving while license revoked, larceny, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, injury to personal property, larceny after breaking & entering, injury to real property and obtaining property by false pretense.
Coffey has been incarcerated in the Caldwell Co. Detention Center with bond set at $395,000, secured. He is scheduled to appear in District Court on December 3, 10 and 17 and on January 14, with a Superior Court appearance also set for December 10, all in Lenoir. He also has court dates coming up in Burke, Mitchell and Watauga counties.
