Hickory Man Charged with Sexual Battery

31-year-old Brandon Horne of 3rd Avenue S.W. in Hickory was arrested by Hickory Police early Saturday morning (November 10) on misdemeanor counts of simple assault, injury to personal property and sexual battery.

He was arrested without incident and placed in the Catawba Co. Detention Facility under a $4,000 secured bond.  A District Court date in Hickory was set for February 19, 2013.
