Lenoir Charged with Larceny of Motor Vehicle

22-year-old Homer Lee Cook of Chelsea Lane in Lenoir was arrested by Officers with the D.M.V. in Caldwell County yesterday (October 9) on a felony charge of larceny of a motor vehicle.  He was taken to the Caldwell Co. Detention Center and later released under a $10,000 secured bond.  An appearance in District Court was scheduled for tomorrow in Lenoir.
