34-year-old Stephanie Dawn Brown of 4795 Burns Road, Granite Falls, was arrested yesterday by Caldwell Co. Sheriff’s Officers and charged with identity theft.

Brown was taken to the Caldwell Co. Detention Center where she was held under $3,000 secured bond.

David Jason Boughman was confined at the Catawba Co. Detention Center yesterday on two counts of communicating threats and one count of making a threatening phone call.

Bond for Boughman is set at $10,000, secured, with a first court appearance scheduled for February 17.
