Any messages made to the captioning hotline or e-mail address that are NOT related to closed captioning will be deleted.
NOTE: Per current FCC Rules [§ 79.1 Closed captioning of video programming] This station is exempt from expending any money to caption any channel of video programming producing annual gross revenues of less than the minimum requirement during the previous calendar year other than the obligation to pass through video programming already captioned when received.
We will make every effort to respond or otherwise resolve your inquiry within 24 hours or 1 business day.
Please include as much of the following detailed information as possible so we can better assist you:
Describe the problem you are experiencing
Date & time of problem
Name of the program
Community you are located in
How you receive WHKY-TV (ie: Antenna, Cable or Satellite)
If Cable or Satellite, please include name of your service provider
Before sending a formal written complaint, we recommend you first contact our Captioning Hotline. We may be able to resolve your problem immediately without the need for a formal complaint. In any event, we will respond to your complaint within 30 days.
