Claremont Residents Indicted On Caldwell County Vehicle Break-in Charges

30-year-old Brandon Chase Benham and 53-year-old James Marvin Benham, both of the same Evening Drive, Claremont, address, were arrested Monday (June 10) by authorities in Catawba County. They're charged on bills of indictment from Caldwell County with felony counts of breaking and entering to a motor vehicle, larceny, and possession of a stolen motor vehicle.

Both suspects were placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center, Brandon Benham under $30,000 secured bond, James Benham under $15,000 secured bond. They are both scheduled to appear in Superior Court July 22.
