Lenoir Man Charged With Felony Drug Offenses

27-year-old William Michael Phillips of Wendwood Drive in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (March 13) by Caldwell County Sheriff's Officers. He's charged with felony counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver schedule II controlled substance and maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place to keep controlled substance.

In addition, Phillips is charged with possession of marijuana up to one-half ounce, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen goods, driving while license revoked, fictitious or altered registration card or tag, and failure to appear. Phillips was incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $33,000 secured bond. A District Court date is set for April 3.
