27-year-old Jeremy Neal McDougal of Sebastian Lane in Statesville was arrested Monday (February 12) by Catawba County Sheriff's Officers. He faces charges from Catawba and Lincoln Counties.
McDougal is charged in Catawba County with felony counts of possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, and possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver schedule VI controlled substance. The misdemeanor charges filed in Catawba County are possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, and simple possession of schedule II controlled substance.
In Lincoln County, McDougal is charged with felony counts of common law robbery and conspiracy, along with misdemeanor counts of assault on a female, larceny, and possession of stolen goods.
Following the arrest, McDougal was detained in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $57,500 bond. District Court dates were scheduled for today (February 13) in Catawba County, and this Friday (February 16) and March 26 in Lincoln County.
