Lexington Residents Arrested In Caldwell County On Felony Stolen Goods Charges

30-year-old Jeanette Lauren Bailey and 35-year-old Shannon James Diehl, both of the same Cid Road, Lexington address were each arrested Monday (November 13) by Lenoir Police Officers.

Bailey is charged with felony possession of stolen goods or property along in addition to counts of driving while license revoked, and a rear lamp violation. Diehl is charged with felony possession of stolen goods or property, along with single counts of simple possesion of schedule IV controlled substance, possession of marijuana up to one-half ounce, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Bailey was locked up in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $52,500 secured bond, Diehl's bond was set at $60,000 secured. They were both scheduled to make District Court appearances today (November 14).
