A fourth suspect in a case we previously reported on here on WHKY has been arrested. 40-year-old Nigel Eugene Terry of Clontz Hill Road in Troutman was arrested Tuesday (September 12) by Iredell County Sheriff's Officers. He's charged with felony possession of heroin and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
On Tuesday, Sergeant Ryan Sherrill with the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Aggressive Criminal Enforcement Team was working in the area of North Main Street in Troutman when he came into contact with Nigel Eugene Terry. Terry was found to have outstanding felony warrants for his arrest and was taken into custody. Deputies conducted a search of Terry’s vehicle and found heroin and drug paraphernalia.
Terry's bond was set at $7,500 unsecured. He was scheduled to appear in District Court Wednesday (September 13). Sami Price Driggers, Jordan Tyler Melton, and Matthew Gray Ritchie were all previously arrested in connection to the investigation that resulted in warrants against Terry.
