On Senior Day, the Lenir-Rhyne Men's Soccer falls to Coker 4-2. Victor Cascon and Jaime De Manual each scored for the Bears in the season finale.
Coker's Markos Touroukis scored two goals in a span of 63 seconds to give Coker an early 2-0 lead. Victor Cascon scored his team leading 7th goal to cut the lead to 2-1.
However, Christian Provenzano added a goal right before half to extend the lead to 3-1 for Coker. Jaime De Manual scored his third goal of the year to once again cut the led to one. Coker then added the insurance goal two minutes later to give them the 4-2 win.
Bears had a season high 32 shots led by Victor Cascon's nine shots.
Alexander Langer added two saves in goal to finish his career with 100 saves. Langer has played every minute in goal for the Bears the past two seasons, eclipsing the 3,000 minute mark in Wednesday's contest.
Goncalo Garcia added his sixth assist in the second half to finish third in the conference in assists. Garcia finished his career with 9 goals and 9 assists for the Bears the last two years.
This was Coker's first victory against the Bears in the last 7 matchups. Bears still lead the all-time series 11-4-3.
